Final Sale Policy All purchases made through rovellovart are considered final. We do not accept standard returns for buyer's remorse or process general exchanges. Exceptions are strictly limited to items that arrive with verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or fulfillment errors (e.g., receiving the wrong product).

Defective or Incorrect Orders We stand behind the quality of our merchandise, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately to arrange a fair resolution.

  • 7-Day Window: You must inspect your delivery upon arrival and submit any claims within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Required Evidence: To file a claim, email support@rovellovart.com with your Order ID, the purchasing email address, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo or video proof demonstrating the defect or incorrect item.

  • Resolutions: Our Quality Assurance team assesses all submissions on a case-by-case basis. Approved remedies may include a direct replacement, a partial credit, or a full refund.

Refund Processing If a partial or full refund is authorized for your claim, the approved amount will be credited directly back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, as exact clearing times depend on your financial institution's processing protocols.

Exchanges We do not offer traditional product exchanges. If an item is proven defective or severely damaged upon arrival and your claim is formally approved, we will solely authorize the dispatch of an identical replacement unit.

Unauthorized Returns Do not ship merchandise back to our fulfillment centers without explicit, prior written authorization from our support team. Packages returned without an approved claim will be automatically rejected. rovellovart assumes no liability for unapproved return shipments and will permanently deny any refund or replacement requests associated with them.
